  • Global Program/Project Manager Leading SAP Latin America and China/South East Asia Global Template and Localization, Deployment, Cutover and Hypercare. Extending the deployment of the global template in other regions that includes ECC 6.0, BW 7.3 with BWA, BOBJ 4.1, SAP Portal 7.3, Siebel 8.1 and other peripheral systems including Manugistics/JDA, Lean, Mercator, EDI, etc.). Successfully delivered project on-time, on budget with high quality deliverables. Also structured and delivered an organization change management model to drive adoption.
  • Global Program/Project Manager Leading SAP B2C Portal Upgrade Project.                Note: Asked by client to take over global SAP Portal project that was put into a “Red” status by audit partner (Ernst & Young) after Phase 0 Tollgate; while, also leading another global project to upgrade two Seibel CRM systems. Successfully delivered both projects on time, below budget with high quality deliverables.
  • Global Program/Project Manager Leading Global SAP ECC 6.0 Unicode conversion project. Successfully delivered project on time, on budget with high quality deliverables.
  • Global Program/Project Manager Leading Global SAP NetWeaver BW 7.3 Upgrade with Unicode including BWA updates. Program Scope: Upgrade to BW 7.3, upgrade BWA to patch 17, convert from Sun Java to SAP Java, upgrade Oracle database to 11g, convert BW instance to Unicode integrating with SAP BOBJ 4.0, SAP Portal, ECC 6.0, Siebel, Hyperion, SAS, etc.). The project was on time, on budget while delivering high quality deliverables.
  • Global Program/Project Manager Leading Global SAP ECC 6 upgrade project. Brambles/CHEP leadership located and pursued Mr. Mullins very aggressively to lead their global SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade project out of serious trouble. (Note: Mr. Mullins 6 years earlier delivered a successful global ERP Upgrade project to SAP ECC 5.0 back in 2004/2005 that was praised by the C-Level executives as the best run project in their history).
    • Objective: Deploy a global SAP Upgrade to ECC 6.0 (Over 100 peripheral systems including Siebel, SAP NetWeaver BW/BOBJ 4.0 with BWA, SAP Portal, SAP SRM, Hyperion, Manugistics/JDA, Lean, Mercator, EDI, Rightfax, Filenet, Vertex, etc.).
    • The project was on time, under budget delivering high quality deliverables. The number of global project team and extended team members were: 560 global business testers; 50 IT business analysts; 6 SAP developers; 16 IT direct reports; 8 change management direct reports; 1 training direct report; and over 50 peripheral subject matter experts.  The global/region scope is North America, Mexico, Europe, Middle East/South Africa and Australia/New Zealand/India.
